After a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed because the units will be assigned by the corresponding asset management company. If you still need to withdraw funds, you must redeem the units from the Mutual Funds after allotment. No reversals will be permitted for payments made. This "no cancellation" position applies to completed mutual fund transactions only. For Investment Advisory Services, you may cancel or terminate your Investment Advisory Agreement by providing written notice to MINTIT in accordance with the terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement executed by you. Cancellation & Refund of advisory fees on termination will be governed in accordance with the terms of the Investment Advisory Agreement.
In the event of a successful debit from your account but a subsequent transaction failure or rejection of an investment transaction by AMC, the funds will be refunded to the registered bank account used for the initial transaction within 5-10 working days. The refund processing time may vary between Asset Management Companies (AMCs) in accordance with their respective refund policies.
Refund of Investment Advisory Fees: Any refund of Investment Advisory Fees paid in advance shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable Investment Advisory Agreement. The eligibility, amount, timing, and manner of processing any such refund shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. This shall be without prejudice to, and separate from, the mutual fund transaction refund process described above.
